Two things. Starter is for one person and puts your booking site on a Book-ah address, like yourvilla.book-ah.com. Growth gives up to five people their own login and puts the booking site on your own domain, like yourvilla.com. Both get the booking engine, the front desk, and the OTA connection if you want it.
No. You pay a flat price for your plan, monthly or yearly, plus a fixed amount for each property you connect to the OTAs if you want that. You keep every rupee a direct booking brings in. A percentage would make our bill grow on your best month, and we'd like to grow when you do.
OTAs are the booking sites guests already use: Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia. Connecting them to Book-ah puts every booking from every site on one calendar, and sends your rates and availability back out whenever you change them. Close a room once and it closes everywhere.
Because that's how it costs us. Each connected property is kept in sync with every site it's listed on, all day, and the service that does that bills per property. So you pay for the properties you connect and nothing for the ones you don't.
Only if you list on booking sites. Plenty of properties take direct bookings through their own Book-ah website and never connect a channel. You can start without it and switch it on when you list somewhere.
One place with its own rooms and its own calendar. A villa is a property. A twelve room guesthouse is a property. Connect two villas to Airbnb and that's two properties on the OTA connection. Running a whole portfolio is what the Enterprise tier is for.

An afternoon, for a small property. We load your rooms, rates and photos with you, and your booking website is live the same day. Booking site connections take a few days longer, because each site approves them itself.
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of what's on the books and we'll import it before you go live, so your calendar is right from day one.
You can leave any time. There's no contract or exit fee, and your bookings, guests and rates are yours. Ask and we'll export them for you.
